BackOver the past 17 months, Park Plaza London Waterloo has worked closely with Dr. Luke Dixon – an expert in rooftop beekeeping and member of the British Beekeepers Association, to create a safe haven atop its fourth floor, giving the community of bees an opportunity to form their colonies and produce the all-important sweet-stuff.
The bee’s are currently in winter mode and will be back to producing honey in the warmer season.
